Founded the Prem Center for Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Medicine in Chennai, which today has over a dozen physiotherapists treating about hundred patients a day.

Has bagged a number of awards to his credit for presenting the best papers in international conferences and several of his works have been published in leading journals. He has served as President of the Indian Association of Occupational health.

Having founded Prem Ergo Solutions in 1998, Dr.Sunder has done more than 500 programs on Office Ergonomics among Computer Professionals, and has been instrumental in designing workstations for software and IT companies.
